THIS IS THE JOB
- You will support the management team of your branch – with everything that entails.
- Together with the management team, you will lead the branch team – modern management is second nature to you. You motivate your employees* with attractive goals and ensure their development through coaching and training.
- You will recruit and optimally train employees* in cooperation with the branch manager*.
- You will take on responsibility early and gain insight into the activities of the management team.
- Your branch will always showcase the latest trends – inspiring our customers* and boosting sales.
- You will handle administrative tasks in the back office.
WHAT CONVINCES US
You are a retail sales specialist* – you have successfully completed your apprenticeship – or you are a career changer with relevant professional experience in retail.
Ideally, you have initial management experience, ideally in the textile retail sector.
