What awaits you:
• Supporting the Centre Manager in the sustainable and efficient management of overall center operations.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of strategies to increase footfall, sales, and center performance.
• Ensuring an excellent customer experience while maintaining and strengthening tenant relationships.
• Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, events, promotions, and special campaigns.
• Managing and monitoring external service providers (security, cleaning, technical services) and ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards.
• Assisting with budget planning, cost control, financial reporting, and the optimization of operating costs.
• Coordinating and supporting the center team, as well as participating in staff appraisals, training, and professional development.
• Overseeing maintenance, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring the center is kept in excellent condition.
What you should bring:
• A completed degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, Retail, or Real Estate Management—or comparable training combined with further education in business administration
• Initial professional experience, ideally in the hospitality, real estate, or retail sectors
• A confident, service-oriented demeanor, strong self-motivation, and the ability to work well in a team
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Business-fluent German and good English skills
